Who we are

Edutech LLC (“Edutech”, “we”) is registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan at 111 Zarifa Aliyeva Street, Baku. We are responsible for the personal data described in this notice.

What we collect

Contact details you give us through forms, email or phone: name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message.

For exam bookings: the name on your ID, the exam you wish to take and your preferred dates. Identity verification on exam day is carried out under the policies of the relevant testing network.

Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through essential cookies only.

Why we use it

To answer your requests, provide services and training, arrange exam sessions, send information you have asked for, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Testing networks (Pearson VUE, PSI, Kryterion) when needed to deliver your exam, certification bodies when you enroll in a course, and service providers who host our systems under confidentiality obligations.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Training and exam records are kept as long as required by our partners and by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing, under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Personal Data. Write to hello@edutech.az.
